To much waste in the water, exchange 40% of the water.
There need to be movement in the watersurface to make oxygen. Very importent.

i mean if the fish is in the top of the water and its breathing like hell , maybe thats the prob ?
how is your flow in the top of your water ?

You did not answer the questions raised in #6.
Anyway - if the sick fish appears bloated (fat) and refuses to eat (with or without thread-thin faeces hanging like a tail after the fish), your fish is most likely down with an infection which eventually will kill all tropheus in your tank - one by one.
